can we report them to the FBI they should be able to track the IP address shoudln't they?

Another idea to help possibly avoid this....is there a way to redo the classifieds section to work just like another thread, but with only the people posting the ad and the admins able to see these.The reason being so these spam/scam get filtered out. Also so no personal info is disclosed on the thread, i.e. totaly anonymous until someone gets a legite offer, after which they can diclose as much info as they want...

What I used to do to these scamers was sign their email up for those free porn sites or any other free email service that I could find. I had a friend do it to me once and it floods your email with all kinds of spam along with the "free" porn. I don't think it's that easy anymore, but it is fun to mess with them anyway possible.

PM this idea to Perry, or Lance. I think Its pretty good and have seen it done on other web foums.
