How about in 2F 2F where the Evo busts down the gate to that ship yard/impound and gets the front ground effect all smashed up, then a couple seconds later, presto, brand new.

The Skulls. The scene with that Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sounded like that thing had like a 454 Chevy Big Block in it. Not to mention, that crazy guy kept crashing it into the side of that Taurus... but after all that hub-bub, its was clean as can be. I hate when they make cars sound totally not like themselves.

I don't think this really counts, but it was in Back to the Future part 1 and bugs the hell out of me. In the scene where Marty travels to the past and slams on the brakes, you can CLEARLY see him have to mash on the clutch petal, meaning it uses a regular ol' clutch. HOWEVER, earlier in the movie, Doc controls the car with a radio control and gets up to 88 miles per hour. HOW CAN THIS BE?! If it were some sort of hydraulically controlled clutch, Marty would not have had the need to stomp on the clutch when he braked.
