If these crystals are as good as everybody says they are, than you are much better off with those. $80 a pair is really cheap. A lot of people here seem to know some good speakers and subs that are cheap...i've never heard of these brands though. I don't know much about car audio, so I just went with the brands I have seen in top of the line installs. My polk/momo speakers retail for $199 a pair, but I got them for $150 a pair. I love my speakers, and don't really care if I could have gotten some lesser known good brand for less. I probably could have gotten jsut as good a sub for under $300, but I like opening my trunk and seeing a pretty aluminum eclipse sub. You hardcore audio guys will probably think I'm crazy.
