I've never seen one...even if you could get one it'd probably very illegal. I don't have any idea what kind of inspections you have over there but your car would most definately fail a visual inspection when they noticed you didn't have a CAT. I don't know if the EPA is international(I doubt it)but they'd probably send there 'police' out looking for you.
