I've never seen one...even if you could get one it'd probably very illegal. I don't have any idea what kind of inspections you have over there but your car would most definately fail a visual inspection when they noticed you didn't have a CAT. I don't know if the EPA is international(I doubt it)but they'd probably send there 'police' out looking for you. Good Luck.
If you really want to get rid of the cat then go to any powerflow dealer who will willingly knock you up a tube. You are not required to have a cat on the car but you have to meet the very low emission levels which are designed to be impossible to pass without the cat fitted, so you will need to bung the cat back on for the yearly MOT and any random road side inspections!!!!
Its not worth it. I dynoed a cat less V cated powerflow system last year and the cat was only killing 2 HP. Not worth the hassle. Make surte you have a good quality cat fitted as cheap aftermarket ones do kill power
The Ford one is actually quite good and flows well when new. Average life seems to be 80,000 miles before replacement
Also it normally dies because the container splits rather than the insides going. Careful as I have known of one case where the split was at the front and the very hot air coming out melted the brake servo line!!!!!
