the basic transmissions are carryover from the last NS95s, the T5 for the V6 and the 3650 for the GT, though there have been refinements to both (the stock shifter on the GT is soooo much better than an SN95)
I'm sure there will be a very wide selection of aftermarket springs pretty quickly now that the car is in the public's hands.
