Where ever did you get that idea from??(looking back over his posts..)A turbo's spool up is not dependent upon its max boost, its dependent upon the Exhaust Temp, the Amount of Exhaust flow, the Size/shape of the Exhaust side of the trbo, and the Size of the Compressor wheel... Cool! err... Hot.. get an intercooler...
