Fella, TTY means Torque To Yield...what is "yield"ing:
The plastic deformation/elongation of a part by subjecting it to a stress that eceeds it's elastic limit.
i.e. like stretching a piece of toffee - once you pull on it enough to were is stetches out and doen't go back to it's original shape, it has "yielded" meaning that basically you're breaking bonds within the molecular structure - key word BREAKING. So once a TTY bolts has been used, it's basically been stretched to a point were it won't shrink back and subsequent stress (i.e you tighten it more, or fatigue strees from it being subjected to the reciprocating loads from a conrod) it'll break completely in no time at all.
Now if you want to be a dumb-ass and have your engine let go again - go ahead reuse them, otherwise replace the damn bolts.
