Well,
Yes you are correct, but I took that Higher compression ratio into effect...If you look closely i used a .93 VE, when in actuality an SVT is closer to 90.25 or so... so yes I took High Compression into effect. Also... If you plot it with 8psi you will see that it does tend to drop off the efficiency on the right hand side.. The thing I ask you is this, when you ran the Super60, What boost did you run it at? I bet you arent gonna say 8psi... and on a 2.6liter Truck engine that was a dog in the N/A hp route, im not surprised it wasnt a champ... See the problem with running a HUGE T04E on like our engines is the spool up on them doesnt hit until say 3500-4000 RPM.. that kills you.. why would you need that? Beats me...Just firgured I'd try to contribute here...I know a tad bit about turbos(not alot mind you), ran a T-Type and aTurbo Volvo(to a 14.2 at 16.5 psi on a TD04H...LOL.. top that for tiny turbos!),and helped some friends with some other turbo cars... One-offed a Turbo design for a Ranger...
