I can't vouch for the focus tensioner pulley (altho it looks the same and doesn't cost a lot anyways)but the cam idler should be right. Don't be forgetting the lower belt idler that came on (I believe) only 98's. If you need one I have a new one.
Get the part numbers for both and check with the signaturelm.com website

Does it matter if i buy those which are used? the mechanic said to call the dealership and find out the prices which im about to do but if i can save a whole lopt of $ by just buying it off ebay then ill rather do that. should i just buy new instead of useD? And can you give me the names of all the pulleys i need? And how much will you sell me that pulley that i need?

The tensioner on eBay looks new, and the pulley looks used. Shouldn't matter if it's used slightly. Problem is, if it decides to fail, you're out a day in time or days pay to get just that replaced. But IMO that's being overly cautious. I bought all new for a great price from Bill J (saved over 60% from not going to local dealer) but wished I bought the eBay ones which (at the time) were all new, but went on the market the day after I bought Bill's.
You also gotta think of time. How long it would take Bill J and your dealer and me for shipping.

I know the feeling, my car has been in a coma since Thurs. It seemed to be a little low on juice so I went to jump start it. Now when I try to start it, the wipers turn on, the lights flash, and other weird stuff starts to happen. Methinks the cpu is toast. Probably more expensive than its worth. Thinking about a Park Avenue now.

That happened to me a couple weeks ago and after i jump start it it would be fine. but the only way to start my car was jump starting it and then my mechanic told me to get a new battery and i did and it started perfect i think thats your problem!
Also can you give me the names of the pulleys i need? i already know the tensioner and the cam idler pulley i need to know the other 2 names. So do you think i should buy the tensioner and the cam idler pulley? or not?

Oh and how much was the whole set from Bill J? im 16 all i use my car for rightn ow is to go out, go to school, and go to work i can get rides for about a week and thats it so i have time to wait.

Approx 140 USD incl shipping. But that's up the Canada eh. So undoubtedly cheaper for you. It was like 360 CDN for those 3 pulleys from the stealership. 110 bucks for a peice of metal/plastic 
Shipping will take a week for me or Bill or eBay (unless you priority it). Your stealership prolly won't have the part, so that'll be a couple days to a week.
