The tensioner on eBay looks new, and the pulley looks used. Shouldn't matter if it's used slightly. Problem is, if it decides to fail, you're out a day in time or days pay to get just that replaced. But IMO that's being overly cautious. I bought all new for a great price from Bill J (saved over 60% from not going to local dealer) but wished I bought the eBay ones which (at the time) were all new, but went on the market the day after I bought Bill's.

You also gotta think of time. How long it would take Bill J and your dealer and me for shipping.
