I'm pretty sure its a Primer/Paint in one, but the finish isn't great, unless you want a flat or matte black. My dad and uncle use to buy gallons to paint the dirt track car, basicly cause it would get all beat up every week and they could just touch it up with spray cans........ and it didn't rust.
