I wanna paint my steel rims, not the alloy ones, before winter to have them clean. I'm gonna remove the tires from it and sandblast the rims before. I would like to know if i have to use a primer before painting and which kind of paint do i have to use. Aerosol is a good idea? Can i use a clear at the end to have a glossy finish or some kind of paint will do the job? Thanks.
