What he was saying is that when a car bomb goes off killing many, it's considered common practice byt he media. But if a US soldier kills an Iraqi civilian accidentally or becuase they were failing to cooperate, the media goes balistic implying the US is unconcerned with the civilians.

I.E. the pregnant Iraqi woman what was killed when the guy driving her truck tried to run thru a check point.
