Out of a country of 25 million, how many do you think are actually carrying a gun ... 100,000? 500,000? a million, maybe 2 million (that's roughly the size of the Chinese army I think)

Still leaves 23 million non-combatants who cannot leave; have no choice but to be there and probably weren't asked if they wanted to be in the line of fire.

I think they deserve to be considered in everybodies well wishes about the safety of those involved in the attack on Falujah.
