is it true that from my searching that you need to buy a new throttle cable? i wouldnt think so.. but do I

Why would you want to lose power with the 65mm TB anyway?

I STRONGLY suggest doing some research.

allright.. im getting the AEM intake this week and the RU-3530.. i just kinda figured the stock SE TB was kinda small.

either optimize the tb you have, or buy the svt uim and 60mm tb and optimize that one as well.

so i should be fine with just the little bolt-ons? also, is the stv Tb bolt up different than the se TB?
