I usually browse thru 'em on the crapper, and use em to guage where the industry is at, and where its going. (Its part of my life, so I gotta keep up on what "the kids" are reading.) Its amazing to me some of the crap these magazines consider content, however, as most of them suck unless you like to only look at pictures.
