yeah pics... If I did anything interior it would be that... except i cant stop thinking about how un comfortable it would be.... is there as much leg room and are you forced to sit straight up in the back? just wondering... I am considering doing this.

So wait fellas, will Focus seats fit in a Contour? I need to buy a used driver's seat for my Contour cause my current one "squeaks" like hell. I've tried looking for a decent used seat but can't seem to find one for a good price. So I thought I'd look for a Focus seat since there's arguable more out there. Anyone know where I can get one (aside from the classifieds on this site..there doesn't seem to be any available there) for pretty cheap...
Thanks!

Looking at them side by side in the driveway, it doesn't look like they'd fit - certainly not a bolt-on replacement.
The front bolts on the Focus seat base are 18" apart vs. 14" on my Mystique - and the distance between the tunnel and the sill is quite a bit wider on the Focus.
