Front Airbag sensors are in the bumper. Notice that the bumper doesn't even have a dent in it and the impact was absorbed by the hood and upper grill. This is a problem with many passenger cars as they can slide under the bumpers of trucks/SUVs without ever setting off the airbags because their bumper just slid right under the car they hit.
