I agree with you on all points Ryan....

Antonio, cracka please!!! Why distinguish yourself from the rest of America? I don't call myself a Scottish-American. There isn't a National Scottish History month,SIG(Scotts in Government), or United Scotts College Fund. It's like blacks in the country feel the need to be recognized. Don't you think it's a little hypocricitcal if a white person says "You people" anywhere near a black person and they are viewed as a racist. Yet, blacks say "our people" as a reference to the black community. Don't you people get it? We're all Americans.

Antonio, calm down son, we are having a civilized discussion here.

Why do you need to maintain two fronts? In my eyes that is part of the problem. Why does it have to be a 'black community'? Why not just 'community'? In my eyes, that is part of the division. White AND Black.

AA is used quite often for people to KEEP a job that they should not be in. For example, Val has a woman at work who is completly incompetent (sp?) at her job, but everytime she is repremanded, she cries sexual discrimination. Tell me thats AA.

Take race out of the equation. If someone is not qualified for a job, then they should not get it PERIOD. White, Black, Hispanic, Indian, Female, Male, Transvestite, Homosexual, whatever!

I'll shut up now. I hope you still love me.

So, don't tell me what I am "admitting" myself too. You don't know [censored] about it and your mis-informed post clearly shows that.
