I agree 120%.
I just view AA as a crutch for individuals that do not need a crutch. College admissions, job applications, etc, IMO, should not have the 'race' or 'sex' blocks on them. If I were King, I would an electronic system that fed me applications / resumes that did not display names, race, or sex. Just qualifications......
