This is a clip of my e-mails with Bill on my very first perchance with them.

1. TronX, "Do you think I could have got a CEG discount? LOL."

Bill, "You will automatically get the CEG discount anyway."

2. TronX, " Hello, I have not heard anything in a while and was just kind of curios on the current status of the grille and emblem, thanks."

Bill, "I will look into this right now. I think one of the parts is on a B/O status."

If you look I have the e-mails I've sent over a stupid grille and emblem. From Sep 30th to October 27th. Now I understand the wait from a B/O status. Then you might see two more e-mails in between the final UPS drop off. That is me complaining once again because I paid for 2-day air and got GROUND.

TronX, "I paid extra for Shipping method: UPS 2nd Day Air?"

Bill, "I apologize for that. My S&amp;H must have not read the order properly. Did you want me to try and send another order out or did you want me to credit your S&amp;H charges."

Next Day--- More e-mails and finally had to call Bill and give him my CC numbers. This all seems simple enough right?

Bill, "Sorry about that. I was away on Jury duty all of last week and it slipped my mind. I will do it right now."

4. It's now November the 5th and I've not received an e-mail or seen any money for the overcharges on shipping. And I've definitely have not received a 25% discount!

I post this here for everyone to read. It is not my intentions to make anyone feel bad and some of these things are beyond Bill's control. However, I'll leave this post here for you to decide.
