this means ther are 8 holes, 4 in a 100 pattern, and 4 in a 108 pattern, if these wheels also have a 108 patern, you should be able to use them, but check the offset as it may cause other problems.
most likely going to be 4x100 and 4x114.3(?) I think thats the other common offset.
doubtful they're paired together. if i had to guess i'd say its paired with a 4.108, but i could be wrong. i know at work all of the fingers we use on the wheel balancers are paired w/ 4x100/108
