Speaking of which, how hard is it to remove the nuts off the old manifolds? The rear looks like a bear to get to but I'm more concerned with them being rusted on and extremely hard to turn. Any special tips for the do-it-yourselfer from those of you who have sweated and cursed this project before? "Yeah, take it to a shop", he replies. Ahh...

Message me when you wanna put these on, I'd like to see what's involved. If we can get yours on, then we can do the same to my SVT laugh

Gasket? I thought Terry was talking about modifying the actual flanges on the new headers.

Also, do I really have to remove the alternator to install these things? frown

>>I ordered my MSDS in the beginning of september and just got them 2 weeks ago, so anyone ordering them, plan on waiting 2+ months<<

Well mine just arrived Saturday, Dec. 8. I ordered them straight from MSDS on Nov 14. At the time he said it would be about mid-Dec. I was surprised to get them this quickly - about 3 1/2 weeks. Now for the fun part of installing them.
