Ok, here's the deal. I called 5 places (local), and here is what they were quoting me.

$24.50 per hoodie (They wanted more cash if I brought my own in plus they would only use mine at a 12 pc min.)

Embroidery Shoppee (16pc min)

total - $39.50

If I could sell 12 pieces upfront then it would cost $28.88 each
The rest were over $40 each min 12pcs.
