hundreds. Vietnamese people do not look like they have Downs. in fact, I would think Chinese people look closer to the disability. but not "exactly" like it. Down Syndrome has particular facial characteristics. people who have it have all the characteristics, not partial. he looks like he has them, but of course, Downs Syndrome includes severe mental retardation which he could not obviously have being an engineering student at a top engineering school.

ps Tex, as a former psychologist, you should know that you are supposed to refer to people as "having" the disability, not being the disability. shame on you.
