Labor cost wise. Probably not "comparatively" Labor is 60-80 per hour anywhere.
Quality of work wise. Maybe.
I trust NO ONE to touch my car though and most shops that give you a low quote either have NEVER down the job or will likely half ass it.
I stopped working on other people's cars a while ago myself. I just do some local stuff now.
This is also why when people find a good mechanic they stay with them for years or for life. Finding a quality and honest mechanic is not impossible as there are a lot of there. However there are many more that are the opposite: crappy and cheap, over priced and crappy, just over priced, all of the above, et cetera...
That's why I would also recommend Brad or Rick to do it if that's at all feasible. Experienced, honest, and do quality work.
