I believe you'd have more success looking for 'cabin air filter'. It is under the wiper area on the passenger side IIRC, and should be changed periodically, esp if you live/drive in a really dusty area.

Sweet, I'll check into this. 
Update, my girl said it only seems to do it w/ the AC on, or Defrost.
I'm really leaning on it to be the AC after she told me that, but what could be up w/ it?

Thats the A/C Compressor, but nothing is wrong with it. Its just cycleing on and off more often because you are low on R-134a. Go and get the A/C systrem charged, problem will dissappear.
