New England fall is awesome, but when you wake up to millions of leaf's on your lawn, you hate it! and me being the "son" I hafta rake it all grrrrrr sorry, I was a little upset spending all of the beautiful sunday outside raking and then mowing and then to top it all, fertilizing the lawn (Scotts Winterizer ) I have no idea why I posted such a pointless post lol

I have one, I'd blow them to one spot so that then I could mince them up, mother nature would kick in and the wind would blow it away not a good day outdoors, BUT I did end up cleaning up car in the end and then used that "wax as you dry" thing, car looks nice outside

just mow 'em up. as long as your mower has a bag, its easier doing it that way. I just cut my lawn today too - was letting it grow after I put some fertilizer in a few weeks back. Its nice and full now. Then I washed the MZ3 - Hadn't been washed since I owned the car - friggin rain almost every day since! Anyway - what a gorgeous day out there today. I should take a pic of my lawn, its looked the best since it's grown in! me a proud lawn pappa. lol.

Aahh, the dreaded wind! Yes, that makes for a hard time leaf blowing. I guess since mowing was out, there was no other choice for you other than to rake. I let most of the leaves fall off my trees before cleaning them up cuz it pisses my neighbor off!! She spends hours outside leaf blowing and sucking up every single leaf off of her yard, then gets mad because the wind blows more over there.

hahah yea my neighbor doesn't care. Its just a pain raking you collect it all at one place, take a breather and the next thing you know its all blown away, lol I just stand there and laugh it off although I'm pissed

LOL! Yes, raking is a pain. All of my neighbors clean up their leaves when most of the leaves have already fallen. We all pile them in the street and for the most part our lawns stay clean. All except for the one neighbor, she starts as soon as the leaves start to fall and cleans her yard up every other day. She makes entirely to much work for herself.

my dad wanted me to do it so I had no other choice, although I told him that it'll all just die away with the snow and what not, but that didn't really hit his "ok side" anyways, I'll quit the complaining, its done and over with.
