Turns out that the stock FPR is about as tall as one can go, so I doubt there is any way to modify the Mallory to fit. I guess I'll throw it on eBay, unless somebody here wants to take it off my hands. It will fit in the mounting location on the fuel rail for any 2 bolt Ford FPR, assuming there is enough clearance around the unit. I'll be able to post pics tomorrow, since I can't load the camera software on my PC.
To answer your questions chnhwk: The bolt is an M5x8 mm. Got two Phillips machine screws at M5x10 mm to replace from Sears hardware. The Mallory mounts right in the fuel rail where the OEM unit went. It would take much kluging to remote mount it. It might fit on a Zetec, it will fit for sure on my friend's 95 TBird.
