Or where I would look to find out what it is?

On the computer. Passenger side, behind glovebox sorta (in footwell). Remove bracket and read code.

It's MML0(zero). The way the chip sits in the ECU is not the problem. Both diablo and SC use the same hardware to attach to the J3 input on your ECU. It just looks different from the outside. The most likely cause of an intermitten failure on a chip is a J3 input that was not cleaned correctly for the initial install. Pull the computer and disassemble it using either a 5.5mm or a 7/32 socket. Next get a piece of sandpaper or scotchbrite pad and get ALL of the pins on the board to look copper colored. You don't need to sand a hole in the board just make it copper. Then try it again. If that fails I suggest getting your hands on a data logging scanner and check to see that your O2 sensor is cycling properly and that the fuel trims are not too far away from 0. If that all pans out then I would suspect a vacuum leak or your idle air control.

Hey Keyser, appreciate your help. I been suspecting the same thing - b/c when the chip was initially installed - it wasn't done by me, so I have no way to check whether the ECU was really removed - and as the SuperChip Web site states, "The hole exposing the contacts is not large enough to clean the contacts sufficiently" unless the computer cover is removed.
Now I can't get on Chris' Web site ( Chris' How-to ) to get the how-to for removing the ECU - the web site doesn't respond. I remember that after removing the white holding bracket the power steering reservoir has to be removed but that's it. Anybody got the "back-up" version? Thanks.
Now the last thing that baffles me - and I been posting this before - why every and each time I am getting this mysterious engine stalls - it keeps happening ONLY when I am coming back from work (never on my way to) and ALWAYS on one particular place? I wouldn't believe it myself unless I was in the car driving. Been happening for over 6 months now...
