That's the point I was making - the story as written makes it sound a lot more sinister than it was by the language they chose - suggesting to me that the person who wrote the story had a bias, ie: they wanted to make it sound like the Department of Homeland defense had nothing better to do than bust the chops of some poor lady; which, if you read the story, wasn't the case at all.
