So its not ok for cats to kill birds, but killings someone elses cat, well thats just good clean fun?
And you know, its not that unusual for people to let their cats out in neighborhoods, infact I believe it to be the norm.
Are those animals you mentioned your pets? If so when I had to catch some cats I just put some cat food under a box and wasted 1/2 my day waiting for them to come (attach stick to box, prop up, attatch srting to stick)
