Well I had a P1120 code for the TPS but got that handled, but now I still have a high idle. If I am driving along and push the clutch in, it floats at 1500rpms. When I stop with the clutch in, it stops at 1500rpms and slowly goes down to 1100rpms. Every once in a while it will go to 750rpms if you let it sit long enough. I have no CEL codes at the moment. Any ideas on what it could be? Perhaps the IAC?

Thanks

Yeah, the IAC is a good possibility.

Check for a vacuum leak first. The IAC is nothing but a "controlled" intake vacuum leak anyway.
