The oil pressure light above the fuel gauge would flicker if the oil pressure is low. To measure it exactly, a gauge would have to be connected. The a/c compressor might make a bit of a ticking, if the a/c is on. If not that,maybe take it to a repair shop, avoid driving car if possible.
