Derek, do you realize what you're saying? Think about it this way.
1) The person that buys your car isn't going to love it, take care of it, wax it, and baby it as much as you do.
2) It's paid for, which means that you can afford it because you are in school from 8-5 Mon through Fri.
3) It's an increadible car that you put a lot of work into, and keeps pulling stronger all the way to red-line (yes, I still dream about that ride you gave me
).
4) If you break down now, and stop buying sporty cars, you will never buy one again, because you will fall victim to the "I don't need it" syndrome that plagues all young-getting-older-and-more-responsible men in this country. Dammit Derek, don't do this to yourself! You NEED a sporty car. You NEED a car that's already paid for. You NEED to have a car that pulls all the way to red-line. Your car NEEDS to have someone like you that will baby it that way you do, even if you don't think it's enough. You NEED to keep your youth. You NEED that car. Don't sell it.
5) Your car is one of the coolest things about you, and a great way to get girls. The bicycle is not.
Your brain is not.
Girls only want material things like money, clothes, money, SPORTY CARS, and credit cards to spend your money. You've already stated that you don't have money, so keep your car because that's the only thing that will attract women to you, unless you have credits cards, but those aren't fun for you.... SPORTY CARS are fun.
6) You are thinking in the opposite direction. Instead of selling the car to buy a slower one, you should be thinking about how to make your car more powerful (did I hear Turbo?) and faster. Or thinking about how to buy a newer, faster, more SPORTY car than the one you already have. Why buy a slow car? Girls like it fast (I can explain this too, if you'd like).
Derek, I honestly believe that after you have read what I just typed that you will not sell your car unless under dire circumstances (i.e. knocked a girl up, found a faster car, had your balls cut off, etc.) I see absolutely no holes in my argument.
