Well, ICBC said that if charged under criminal code, he'll have to pay out of his own pocket the all damages for both cars and all medical bills incurred. If not charged under criminal code, then I think just his car damages.

I won't have to pay for the deductible IF they other adjuster, for the other car, agrees it was 100% his fault. Which I'll know in a few days. Man, that lady at ICBC sure was helpful
