Well in a 100% their fault accident, I don't pay deductible OR lose discount. Phew! I wasn't sure if I was to take it to a few shops, thanks Kevin. As for painting, I meant, should I get it painted sorta "while I'm there", I know they won't paint untouched things.
I'll try and negotiate a higher resale value in case it is close to being a write off. Thankfully, we still can get zetec contours around here for 6-8000 loonies  . I'm not hurting physically so far, only mentally 
Now if we only had those CF fenders availble now hehe.
