I keep pulling the infamous 0420 code. I can't afford to pay for some new pre cats. Not like I'd want to anyway with it being a rip off. I just passed smog so I have another couple years before California cares about my pollution anyway.
So how can I get this done? I don't have a welder to do this myself. Any shops out there that would do this along with optimizing my Y pipe? I'd like to know where I can go based all your opinions. Maybe somebodys house?
I live in the central Los Angeles area...
