depends on your state. A lot of it is image. you mentioned you haven't driven the road in 20 years so I'm guessing that you are in your 30's. That is in your favor. if you have a good driving record as well then your best bet is to flat out deny that you were going that fast. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse, if you say " i was going fast but not that fast, they will usually stick it to you
