Chances are he didn't clock you. IF he did, and his equipment is obviously off, he has to prove in court that he had calibrated it in a decent amount of time before that (probably no more than 2 hours, could be a lot less than that, not sure). My guess is he won't have proof in court and you'll have an easy case. If it were me, I wouldn't even hire a lawyer but I don't know how the judges are in your area, you may need one.
