My Grandparents hit a dog with my 96 and all it did was crack the color-keyed plastic valance that hold the foglamps and it also deployed the airbags. The insurance company totaled it and they bought it back. Now I have it and I got tired of driving around with the flashing airbag light. I went to the junkyard and pulled a set off a 96 GL that was there and put them in and gritted my teeth the whole way that they didnt pop back out. I put them in and reconnected the battery and turned the key on and the light came on and then went off and has been doing good ever since. I dont really know if they will ever come out in a wreck again. My grandparents had the sensor replaced already in the front-end, thinking the light would go off, but it didnt. I payed 100 for the passenger side one and 50 for the steering wheel bag. hope that helps
