RawBurt Hard-core CEG'er R Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 6,791 SE-MI CEG	I cant tell you anything about dimensions but i'll tell you a flawless way to build it. Dont use that other junk, use 3/4 MDF. Also yes use wood glue and makes sure you pre drill and countersink the holes. On the inside use any kind of sealer. I found this junk that you spray out of a can and it foams up. Good luck
