You should pull your WP and inspect the impeller. In the process, replace all of the hoses and clamps on the suction side of the pump. You have the classic symptom of a small air leak on the suction side causing the pump to lose prime. Also, make sure your T-Stat is facing the correct direction and the vent hole is up.
