I have a 99 contour se 2.0 dohc. The car runs fine, then it starts to overheat 20- 30 minutes later. Sometimes it starts to over heat and then it goes down, then up and down etc... I dont think its a faulty sensor becuase the car is truly over heating, when I stop and check it, you can hear the coolant boiling. What could this be??? A faulty thermostat??? please help, you guys are the pros!!!
