Sign me up for one too. Lane Collectables make some of the nicest Diecast cars going IMO. I own many of the cars they offer - and a Contour would be a nice addition!! Besides, they seem to produce rare and uncommon cars like Nickey and Yenko Camaros (Sorry, I am a Camaro guy also..), and they tend not to produce cars that were "mainstream". I think the Contour fits the bill for this. Low production and owned by enthusiests like on this site. Sounds like the grounds for a diecast car to me.

Exactly! Who better do do this car?!?! It also helps that the guy who designs all of the ED models also drives a '00 SE Contour & the guy who designs & maintains the websites drives a Supercharged SVT. (Sorry, shameless plug! laugh )
