The say they do. (sales literature) However they could provide Zero proof of actual flow rates when I asked them... (not saying they don't have it??? it's just no proof - no good - Heck a FRAM flows 3gpm and that filter isn't worth pissing on.

They just made reference to the standard SAE test (which is the 3gpm all filters are tested to)
