Ok well I have done turbo before, but I am not doing it to this motor mainly due to the fact I need my car to be reliable. My turbo setup that I built for my 96 neon was reliable after I rebuilt the engine with lower compression, and used an apexi safc, ford motorsport 30lb injectors, a new turbo and blow off valve. I did the setup myself without using a kit and I made my own exhaust manifold. I also modded a jeep 60mm throttle body to fit. Currently I have a full length header,2.25" exhaust, udp, cold air intake, accel coil, and aem fuel pressure regulator. The last two didn't seem to do much if anything. I swapped in a mtx to replace my dead atx. I just want more grunt

It accelerates well off of the line but on the freeway it seems to be running out of breath. Have bigger throttle bodies really helped these zetec? If so why not mod another one to fit like I did with the neon? Is it our intake manifold the biggest cork or the cams? Any really good gain with a port and polish? Sorry about the long post
