anyone think they would be worth investing in at all? along with interior door panels? or just the top part that runs length wise of the doors? what do you guys think? as for fenders how about the z3 style? imo i think z3s are played out though.

almost happened about a year and half ago, but there wasnt enough interest. Dont think it will happen now, unless you pay big money to get a custom set done. Personally I dont think the weight savings would be all that noticable. Not to mention, the fit and finish definetely wont be as good.

There would be a good amount of weight savings with a trunk. The door panels and fenders are to light to justify the cost, IMHO.

Make me a CF trunk. a pre 98 CF trunk would be best. Everybody seems to like those pre98 trunks. I would surely buy a pre 98 CF trunk......if you build it they will buy

Weight savings are crap on CF body replacements for this car. The hood is only 20 lbs less. 34 lbs stock and 14lbs CF. this would be more of a aesthetic mod...hence why it's in aesthetics in the first place.
PS, it's not gonna happen. Any smart business would not delve into this project. Look how good the hoods are selling....

Anyways....
I do know some fender lips are a MUST. Any business would make good business with those I think.

Good Idea! I don,t think you would get much support. Custom fenders didn,t get much support last year

Obviously, since I never even saw it come up, my bad.
Well, as more young guys are picking up these "old cars" I'm sure there'll be more of this 'type' of stuff made. Only can hope.
