11% of Dells will need repair within the first year, 16% will need repair over their total life.
With Self-Built PCs, 17% will need repair within the first year and 19% over their total life.

interesting results, people who just build their computers, without having years of expierence like dell techs do just as good almost as dell.. sad. dell and apple should be like 5% especially apple.
